We're reinventing the way businesses approach wellbeing support in the workplace.

About us

The proactive wellbeing support your business has been looking for. Driven by unique experiences and personal stories, the Everymind partnership is designed to achieve a healthier and more supported workplace. We support businesses through our champion training, the Everymind Platform, 12-month wellbeing roadmap, wellbeing webinars, manager training workshops and more. We help brands create, engage and support mental health Champions, the right way. Turn your disengaged and poorly utilised Mental Health First Aiders into the network you need. Through our platform, we help you launch an effective group that’s protected, supported and fully trackable in their impact. Our social media accounts aren't monitored 24/7, so if you are in crisis, it is most important you keep safe and access support. We are not a crisis support line and cannot offer personalised or individualised advice, so please speak with your GP or local support services. If you are in the UK please try www.hubofhope.co.uk.

Human Resources Director at Mazda UK

We’re moving mental health support up a gear. Right now at Mazda UK, it’s a personal mission of mine to be continually assessing the support we offer our people in this area. A workplace that’s healthier is one that’s more productive, but more importantly for me, it’s one that’s happier. This shouldn’t just be something we think about on one day a year, but #worldmentalhealthday is a great opportunity to mark the importance for everyone. We had the pleasure of hosting Paul McGregor founder of Everymind at Work and mental health campaigner. He spoke with us on how to confront the stigma around mental health and how to spot the signs in others. The conversation that followed was genuine, honest, and left me proud to be a part of Mazda. Thanks Paul, and everyone who was a part of the session on the day.

World Mental Health Day Today, we celebrate World Mental Health Day, with this year's theme focusing on mental health in the workplace. It's the perfect opportunity to give a special shoutout to our wellbeing partner, Everymind at Work. Their support has been invaluable, providing businesses like ours with essential resources such as training, workshops, and webinars. They also help strengthen our Wellbeing Champions, fostering the workplace support network we all need. At BWB, we're dedicated to supporting all our people across the business, which is highlighted by our recent Investors in Wellbeing Gold accreditation. Our Wellbeing Ambassadors, equipped with the tools and insights from the Everymind platform, are dedicated to supporting our people, ensuring that everyone has a chance to reach out for help before experiencing burnout. Check out this video from when pmcgregor and the Everymind team visited our Nottingham office. They met some of our Wellbeing Ambassadors, who shared their passion for the role and why it's so important to them.

I had the best day with Paul McGregor and Emily Addison for the Everymind at Work live webinar. Invaluable session for employers and HR professionals covering: - get your strategy for wellbeing wrapped around every part of your business, no tick boxes here! - be data driven, demonstrate to your decision makers why this is inportant and then be in a position to show off your results - support your mental health first aiders, they need looking after too! - keep an eye on that legal risk (this is where we come in) getting it wrong could mean trouble for your business - ensure you follow policies and procedures when dealing with mental health issues, struggling to manage absences, luckily Hroes next webcast has you covered! Huge thanks as always to the hardworking Everymind at Work team for putting this together 🙌

Founder of Everymind at Work | Mental Wellbeing Speaker

What a webinar. Thank you to everyone who joined today🙏🏻 Elissa, Emily and I went through all the ways to strengthen your case for mental health support and make it a true workplace priority. Wellbeing needs goals, metrics and data to back it up. Businesses can no longer rely on on the passion of those who care deeply, there's too much at stake now. The legal concerns behind key wellbeing provisions, like Mental Health First Aiders, and understanding the duty of care and obligations as a business are increasingly underestimated. For the People professionals out there who are ready to making wellbeing a priority, here's my advice: 👉🏼 Truly understand the business's duty of care 👉🏼 Demonstrate ROI where it shows value  👉🏼 Align it with business objectives 👉🏼 Communicate the legal risks Your leaders will listen. This isn’t about more well-intentioned efforts that don’t stick. It’s about making the changes necessary to make sure mental health is embedded in your strategy for the long term. #training #wellbeing

ERG Leadership Training | Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant | Speaker | Author | Ex EY | MBA |

Hearing how the JLR REACH network led an initiative to deliver 'off-grid' washing machines to Diepsloot in Johannesburg was not only inspiring... ...it was a mic-drop moment by Mandisa Gordon, who then joined a panel talking about how ERGs can secure and make the best use of resources with Maceo Owens Niharika Khanna and Samantha Francis We continued to explore the question of global workplace trends and ERG impact in a fireside chat with Laura Goodall and Carol Watson Richard Loftus led a gentle well-being walk along the canal in the morning and moderated a lively panel on planning in the afternoon, with Javel B. Anne Alabi and Raphaël Denoux In the final session of the day, our Senior Leaders Darren Cassidy, Jenn Barnett and Apay Obang-Oyway talked about how ERG leaders can work more effectively with Exec Sponsors The conversations in the Learning Labs were deep! Thank you to Screenloop Everymind at Work OnHand • the impact platform and Trickle. We were privileged to have speakers and panellists who shared ordinary stories of extraordinary commitment, passion and service to others But more importantly, we, all of us, created an environment where everyone could share their insight, stories, experiences and expertise - not just those on the stage. Thank you to everyone who dropped by and contributed to the conversation - especially DEI giants Denise Myers Madeline McQueen Sukh Randhawa (Consultant, Trainer,EDIB Advisor, Coach). Daniele Fiandaca - it was a joy to see you IRL 🙏🏽 #ERGLeaderSummit #ERGLeaders #EmployeeResourceGroups #ERGLeaderTraining
