It's fantastic to see the success and growth of our team over the past two years, culminating in Brooke stepping into the role of President. With her extensive 25 years of experience in the steel industry and a track record of leading notable projects, our team is in great hands and looking forward to an exciting future. Recently, Brooke has successfully led the team on providing integrative steel design IPD for a corporate campus with over 3,500 tons of steel. This project alone demonstrates the scale and complexity that we are capable of handling. The new Broadstone full city block multi-family project and the 2.5 city block redevelopment for the YMCA and urban housing add further dimensions to our portfolio, showcasing a diverse range of projects.
