Meet William Tiensuu to learn more how it is to work at Inmotion! ZAPI GROUP, #sustainability #design 1. What does your typical day at work look like? I work as design engineer with our high voltage inverters. We work in a cross functional team with close collaboration with colleagues from different disciplines. There is a mix of working on new development and maintaining current products. Supporting other parts of the organization like operations and sourcing is also a common. I am also in contact with suppliers and analyze delivered components. We have production and R&D in close proximity and you can see the products that you are working on. There is no problem filling my days with exciting work. 2. Top three motivations why Inmotion? Colleagues There is a good mixture of people working at Inmotion. There is a lot of experienced people working at Inmotion that are willing to share their knowledge. The products The products that Inmotion develops are unique and gives a lot of opportunities for learning new skills. From a mechanical engineer’s perspective, working with aluminum castings is very interesting and developed a lot of new skills and experiences. Electrification Being part of an organization that prioritizes sustainability through vehicle electrification feels incredibly rewarding.
