- Proven experience in banking and/or financial institutions as Senior Director/Executive, with a focus on structuring and implementing sophisticated financial solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Previous experience in the energy sector is a plus.
