Several years ago, Exactech began its Lean manufacturing journey to enhance efficiency, quality, safety and space utilization. This week, we have the pleasure of hosting the Lean Enterprise Institute's Warehousing and Distribution Operations Workshop at our Gainesville, FL headquarters. During the interactive two-day event, participants are engaging in lectures, touring our facility during a gemba walk and enjoying hands-on simulations and exercises, exploring how to apply Lean principles in traditional distribution. It's an honor to share our Lean experiences and collaborate with industry peers!
