Excelencia in Education congratulates seven institutions for their commitment to #LatinoStudentSuccess. The institutions are participating in Excelencia’s Leadership: 2024 Intentionally SERVING Latino Students Post Completion (LPC) Institute. They are benefitting from technical assistance support as part of their transformation journey to become institutions where Latino, and all, students thrive. The Institute is being held over 3 virtual modules on October 15, 22, and 29. During the institute, the institutional teams will Identify strategies and practices to forge intentional partnerships with employers, and community-based organizations to connect education to careers grounded in tactical actions, shared accountability, and mutual-benefitting outcomes. They will learn how to integrate post-completion strategies and practices across units and departments to more intentionally SERVE Latino, and all, students.
