About us
Excel Sports and Physical Therapy’s roots in physical therapy go back to 1984, with the start of Cave Springs Physical Therapy in St. Peters. Since that time we have expanded to the current 11 clinics offering high quality physical therapy services to patients in St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County, and Warren County. Our clinic directors average more than 15 years of experience in physical therapy. We pride ourselves on our ability to serve any orthopedic diagnosis, as well as many neurological cases. Our veteran staff provides the latest treatments for spine care, upper and lower extremity care, complex hand splinting and rehabilitation, balance and post-concussion care, and women’s health issues. We are experienced in working with worker’s compensation cases. In addition, we provide athletic training services to many area schools, and community events.
