We develop effective leaders and employees in order to improve the results of our client organizations and the career success, satisfaction and significance of the individuals we serve. The CEE provides three services to develop effective leaders and business professionals. Open Enrollment Certificate Programs: Learners from different organizations coming together to grow their business skills, leadership capabilities and professional competencies. Executive Coaching: Partnering participants and coaches to identify needs, deliver high-impact coaching conversations and produce results. Customized Solutions: Develop custom leadership and employee development program to address the unique needs of organizations.
