𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴! Have you ever found yourself in a meeting where it seems like everyone agrees? That's a sign of harmony, right? *️⃣ 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗛𝗶𝘁𝘀: 𝟱 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 *️⃣ Smartphones, tablets and desktop screens, all rich in blue light, should be avoided at night! Blue wavelengths - which are beneficial during daylight hours because they boost attention, reaction times, and mood - seem to be the most disruptive at night. And the proliferation of electronics with screens, as well as energy-efficient lighting, is increasing our exposure to blue wavelengths, especially after sundown. So set yourself up for a restful nights' sleep by powering down your smartphone, tablet, and computer screen at night!

️⚡️ We’re kicking off another year of making a positive impact within the communities we serve through our 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 programming! Earlier this week, we hosted our second Coach Camp session at Junior High School 278 in Brooklyn, NY. In partnership with Wellness in the Schools and the NYC Office of School Wellness Programs, the program provides NYC PE teachers and coaches with insights and strategies to enhance their coaching skills and elevate their impact inside and outside the classroom. With 45 NYC PE teachers and coaches in attendance, NYC Exos Program Manager Ryan Permaul, CSCS, CAPM, led the session with a workshop on how to help teachers manage stress and implement daily strategies within their classrooms for themselves and their students. Watch the highlights from a great day! 👇

Curiosity is the driving force behind fresh ideas and breakthrough innovation. In fact, many of today’s top-performing teams actively cultivate curiosity as a workplace skill. And curious organizations naturally perform better. But curiosity doesn’t just show up on its own. To consistently bring curiosity into your work, you need to create the conditions where curiosity thrives. Teams that master three core curiosity skills — humility, stretching, and embracing discomfort — see the biggest gains in creativity and adaptability. Here’s how to bring each one to life: https://lnkd.in/dcu4_uS7
