Through varying artistic interpretations, Orbital and LIQUIDVERSE take audiences on a journey through the cosmos — sparking with the Big Bang, to hurling through a black hole, and commencing the astral voyage in a meditative state where they're immersed in feelings of reflection provoked by this beautifully crafted double feature showcase. Let voices of astronauts and cosmonauts transport you to low Earth orbit and the far reaches of the planet through an abstract landscape of light in Orbital. Then, in LIQUIDVERSE, flow through intricately hand-crafted visuals made from liquid oils and chemical reactions and become enveloped in a bespoke spatial-audio symphony. Here's an inside look at Cosm, the immersive live sports and experiential entertainment venue coming soon to Centennial Yards Atlanta! Cosm is redefining the way the world experiences content through Shared Reality – an experience that bridges the virtual and physical worlds by merging state-of-the-art visuals with the energy of the crowd and an elevated food and beverage service. The venue at Centennial Yards will encompass 70,000 square feet and feature the company's proprietary technology throughout, including an 87-foot diameter 12K+ LED dome. "At Centennial Yards, we have the opportunity to reshape a major area of Atlanta as a walkable and appealing destination for residents and visitors, and key to that effort is bringing unique and engaging businesses such as Cosm that attract people to the district," said Shaul Kuba, co-founder and principal of CIM Group. #cim #cimgroup

SEEK is intended to challenge sensory perception and imagination to prompt deeper engagement with the earth’s imperiled biosphere. SEEK asks what might be hidden in plain sight, and what might an unconstrained human imagination discover in the gaps. By focusing on our collective interdependence on and in fragile ecosystems, SEEK prompts considerations of how we might develop new forms of cognition to move through the world more attentively. Filmic collage provides a layered, multi-spatial– almost quantum interface through which one can explore themes of discovery, integration/distinction, simultaneity, and revelation. Part of what inspired the work is the current technologically mediated condition of not being encouraged to rely on our own embodied, sensory intelligence (or “embrainment”) as we encounter the world around us. By dissolving the screen interface, SEEK shifts the self-centered lens outward, inviting viewers to “disappear” together into a chameleonic shared reality, and underscoring our collective interdependence.

The food and drinks are set, the showings have been picked out and a towering 87-foot LED dome is ready to be lit up for a litany of sporting events along with arts an entertainment. Los Angeles-based Cosm is heading closer to its Aug. 31 opening date which looks to kick off a new era of entertainment. The venue located at Grandscape in The Colony is an attempt to bring customers closer to experiences like sitting courtside at a basketball game or Cirque De Soleil.
