Last weekend my physician Dr. Kris Pugh and I represented Dr. Black's Eye Associates at the Society of Excellence in Eyecare meeting in Nashville TN. At this prestigious invite-only meeting, we presented on C-Suite Succession Planning: Preserving Excellence in Your Practice. SEE meetings are fast paced with lots of valuable pearls by top notch industry leaders and are enlightening in various out-of-the-box ways. A great last few days at the American Academy of Ophthalmology 's AAOE's Annual Educational meeting in San Francisco representing Dr. Black's Eye Associates presenting, learning, re-learning, brainstorming, strategizing, laughing, walking (!!!), and thinking with old and new friends.
