At the 5th Clinical Trial Agreements Forum recently, Factor’s Karl DORWART spoke about revolutionizing contract review processes with AI. Large Language Models (LLMs) – a subcategory of GenAI - are uniquely suited for legal and contracting work due to their ability to read, comprehend and create language-based content. These tools can significantly reduce manual hours in contract review. A crucial caveat: GenAI can amplify both good and bad processes, so good data hygiene is crucial before implementing AI. At Factor, we meet clients where they are. Our ecosystem enablement combines advancing capabilities, tooling and infrastructure to allow in-house teams to do their jobs better and deliver enhanced business outcomes.
