At the 5th Clinical Trial Agreements Forum recently, Factor’s Karl DORWART spoke about revolutionizing contract review processes with AI. Large Language Models (LLMs) – a subcategory of GenAI - are uniquely suited for legal and contracting work due to their ability to read, comprehend and create language-based content.  These tools can significantly reduce manual hours in contract review. A crucial caveat: GenAI can amplify both good and bad processes, so good data hygiene is crucial before implementing AI.  At Factor, we meet clients where they are.
