As part of Women in Construction Week 2025, we’re celebrating the incredible women who are shaping the future of the construction industry. At Fading West, we’re proud to showcase the diverse talent in our team, from those on the factory floor to those in leadership roles. The theme of this year’s WIC Week, "Together We Rise," speaks to our commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and creating pathways for women to thrive in construction. Let’s continue to build a stronger, more inclusive industry for everyone. #WICWeek #WomenInConstruction #TogetherWeRise #WomenInConstructionWeek2025 #womeninmodular

We’re helping tackle housing affordability with factory-built homes. The Crossing project is a great example of how off-site construction speeds up delivery, lowers costs, and ensures quality housing for communities in need! https://lnkd.in/gXTZRD8p

Fading West reposted this
80-plus homes were built in the Fading West factory in Colorado in September and October. These fully volumetric homes were then trucked to Seattle and shipped to Maui. By the end January, all the displaced families have moved in! Less than 5-months from build start to move in. Offsite construction makes so much sense for both workforce housing and disaster relief! Developers, what’s the cost of a single month’s delay in your project? (Now multiply that across an entire portfolio.) The Reality: - Weather delays cost U.S. construction $5 billion annually. - Labor shortages are at a 10-year high. - Supply chain issues are a constant wildcard. Each delay means: ❌ Higher carrying costs ❌ More interest payments ❌ Lost revenue opportunities The Modular Advantage: ✔️ We don’t wait on weather. Homes are built indoors. ✔️ We don’t fight for labor. Our dedicated teams ensure consistent production and quality. ✔️ We deliver homes in weeks, not months. Projects that finish faster generate ROI faster!! What’s the biggest delay you’ve faced in a recent project?

We’re beyond honored to have been able to play a part in helping Maui residents recover from the devastating wildfires. Over the course of just two months, we built and shipped 82 homes—47 one-bedroom and 35 three-bedroom units—thoughtfully-designed to complement Hawaii’s rich and unique culture and local architecture, with our partners Liv-Connected and Dynamic Group, LLC We're so excited share more about this incredible project and the team that made it possible. Stay tuned! #DisasterRelief #ModularConstruction #CommunityImpact #BuildingCommunity
