ICYMI: Our 2024 Fairfield Dolan Startup Showcase winners, Madison Governale '26 and Paige Governale '27, founders of Wave Creations, were recently featured as the Small Business Spotlight at a Fairfield Women's Basketball game! This year, the showcase will take place on April 24 and features five incredible StartUp teams, ready to take their businesses to the next step.

ICYMI: Fairfield Dolan’s Women in Business Club traveled to New York City for a full day of networking, gaining firsthand advice on navigating careers in business, and even got to attend a behind-the-scenes look at TV production in action at Paramount! Students attended an engaging panel featuring eight women leaders across operations, finance, marketing, research and insights, and communications. Each speaker shared their career journeys, challenges they’ve overcome, and insights into the dynamic media and entertainment industry.

Fairfield Dolan hosted an incredible Employer-in-Focus event featuring Bank of America! Students had the opportunity to learn about the company, its hiring process, and gain valuable industry insights. Representatives from Bank of America’s Debt Capital Markets, including alumni Joan Brachmann ’17, Brendan Callow ’22, Sean Timmeny ’01, and Jolanda Richter ’22, shared details on available internships, full-time job opportunities, and key application timelines.

ICYMI: Evan Mansfield MBA `26, a Fairfield Dolan grad student, was invited to attend the prestigious London School of Economics Alternatives Investments Conference. This is the second year in a row that a Fairfield Dolan student was selected to attend.

The Dolan career development center held its first annual Stags in finance event. More than 20 Fairfield University Alumni and Professionals from renowned financial companies and large corporations came to network with Fairfield Dolan students.
