Our Talent Acquisition Team made the trek to Danville, VA to visit the incredible Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) campus. Participating in a career fair with other industry employers from across the country, we were able to connect with the incredibly talented cohorts of welders, CNC machinists, Quality Control, and NDT technicians. Skilled trades pipelines are so urgently important and no one is doing it better than ATDM. We were happy to also connect with our partners in the Virginia Talent Pipeline. Events of the day only reinforced how important respect for our partners in industry is. Thank you to all involved for including Fairlead. Old school Fairlead employees might recognize one of the lead weld instructors in the images below! :) #Shipbuilding #ATDM #VirginiaTalentPipeline #Fairlead #hiring #Jobs #Careers #NDT #Quality #CNCMachining #Welding

As we continue exploring our Fairlead Values, this week we focus on #Humbleness. Today, humility holds a particularly profound significance. As we reflect on the lasting impact of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, we acknowledge the immense loss of life and the enduring lessons it has taught us. The effects of that day continue to shape us, both individually and as a society. In remembering the heroes of that time, we often find that those who made the greatest sacrifices were also the most humble. Humility calls us to draw from a deep well of personal reflection while remaining united in purpose—as a team, a division, an organization, a community, and a country. True humility is knowing that we never stop learning from our experiences. We will never forget.
