#Vitraplate pre-finished 3mm (1/8") #aluminum from Fairview Architectural North America is 100% Made in USA with US sourced materials... but our clients - fabricators of #building #facade panels and #curtainwall assemblies - can't compete against fully fabricated products being dumped in America from other countries that allow overseas aluminum. The tariffs on raw materials were a good start, but the unintended consequences are that now the fabrication is going abroad as well as the raw materials. Why is this a concern? Because this dumping undermines US manufacturing, which takes away our competitive edge in the event of war.
