  • It shouldn't happen to an immigration attorney, lmao! Check out the first in my series of "How a Notario Screwed Up my Life"

Welcome to my series “How a Notario Screwed Up my Life.” One time, I had a client, a US citizen, who came to my office in tears. “I'm a U.S citizen. I applied for my husband's Green Card. He came in on a Tourist Visa,” she cried. So we went down to the interview at USCIS to see him because he had just been picked up. I reassured her I'd handled a lot of cases with detained clients. “Let me go down and talk to him,” I said. I’ll see what can be done. So I go down to talk to him and he tells me something that I never want to hear.  He says, “I told the Notario about this and she said it was “NOT A BIG DEAL” Listen up for the rest of the immigration story from the frontline. Please, I beg you, don’t take immigration law advice from friends, family or notarios. It may be cheap in the short run, but you will definitely end up paying for it in the long run. Always seeks the best advice from professionals who do this type of work day in and day out. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me or my team to get clarity on your immigration issues and a clear way forward to achieve your American dream stress free. #notario #nonotario #immigrationstorytime #howanotarioscrewedmylifeup #immigrationsaga #storiesfromtheimmigrationfrontline #immigrationstories #salutorytales #immigrationattorney #immigrationlaw #greencardusa

  • It seems that Trump dodged the draft and did not serve our country? If so, some people find it difficult to accept him as our commander in chief. What do you think? Does that make it difficult for you to support him? Hispanics have served in the US military for over 250 years and make up 16% of all active military personnel. My father and uncle served in the Army and then they applied for my undocumented grandfather's legal status. He was from Mexico. If you have a military family member and you are undocumented, you might be able to obtain legal status. Parole in place for military families is real. Let's talk and get you and your family sorted stress free! #hispanics #militaryservice #ImmigrationLawUSA #LegalImmigration #ImmigrationProcess #ImmigrationSolutions #USImmigrationLawyer #VisaAttorney

  • Although the new Parole in Place has been temporarily put on hold, you can still file and apply. Here are a few tips. Anything more, give me a shout and I'll sort you and your family right out! #immigrationlaw #immigrationattorney #immigrationlawyer #paroleinplace #pip #piptemporaryinjunction

Parole in Place Updates: If you have been granted Parole in Place, you can file for your residency THE VERY NEXT DAY! There's been some confusion about having to wait three years and then apply? No! You are paroled in. If you're otherwise eligible to adjust status, you can file for Adjustments - or your spouse can file for your Adjustment of Status - immediately. You do not have to wait and I ENCOURAGE you to do so because under the Biden Administration they're waving most Green Card interviews. That means that you can actually get your Residency  - without leaving your house  - without leaving your country and  - without having to go to a USCIS interview You don't wanna wait to file for Adjustment Status if we get President Trump because that means he's going to schedule interviews and it could take at least 13, 14 or 15 months to get your Green Card. Under the Biden Administration it should only take a few months. Please don’t hesitate. Get your IMMIGRATION situation sorted out once and for all before the forthcoming presidential election. Or it might be too late! #ImmigrationAttorneyUSA #ImmigrationLawUSA #LegalImmigration #ImmigrationProcess #ImmigrationSolutions #USImmigrationLawyer #ParoleinPlace #GreenCardAttorney #PIP
