🎯 ČO NOVÉ VO SVETE RODINNÝCH FIRIEM? ✅️ 14.- 15.10. som mala tu česť, zučastniť sa workshopov s americkym odborníkom na 100 ročné firmy, s Dennis Jaffe , ktore zorganizovala pre svojich klientov firma Fichtner . ⚜️ s deťmi treba od malička hovoriť o tom, že sme bohata rodina, zahrat sa s nimi hru Financna sloboda a primerane veku hovorit o tom, čo znamená starať sa o majetok a pomáhať iným. ✅️ 17.- 18.10. sme štartovali nový ročník Akademie nástupcov v rodinnej firme Banik &syn, na čele s Fero Baník, ďakujeme, bolo to fantastické ⚜️ odkaz zakladatela Františka Baníka pre dalších majiteĺov: " Ak odovzdáte žezlo rodinnej firmy, dajte im priestor, budte nablizku ale nechajte ich riadiť firmu svojim spôsobom, nestojte im v ceste" ✅️ 24.10. konferencia Slovenská sporiteľňa a odovzdavanie cien Felix Business Awards. Úžasní spíkry, atmosfera, inšpiracie aj napríklad cez podnikateĺské príbehy nominovaných firiem a výhercov. Tento rok vyhrala rodinna firma TOMARK s.r.o. - v ďalšom poste o tomto viac. Je príjemné stretnuť víťazov predchadzajúcich ročníkov Ĺubomíra Očenáša z firmy Lukamasív a pana Habovštiaka z MTS .. dakujem a veĺmi si to vážim, ze aj tento ročník som bola členkou poroty,.... ✅️ 26.10. konferencia lekárnikov v Žiline, kde som otvorila tému riadenia rodinnej firmy externym človekom. ⚜️ jedna z otazok, ktore som dostala je hodnotenie vykonnosti a ako nastavit KPI ( kriteria hodnotenia vykonnosti) riaditeĺa spolocnosti. 🎯Taketo týždne si prajem. Výživné a obohacujuce ...ale jeseň vždy naplní diar eventmi. ❓️Keby ste boli teraz vy na konferencii pre rodinne firmy, akú otazku by ste položili nejakemu expertovi ? Congratulations to B20 Brasil on a productive year and an impactful B20 Summit in São Paulo, a fitting lead-up to the G20 Leaders Summit in Rio. The B20, the G20’s official dialogue forum with the global business community, continues to serve as a vital platform for aligning public-private strategies in a shifting global economy. 1. Kudos to the B20 Brazil team, led by Dan Ioschpe, Chair of B20 Brazil and Chairman of Iochpe Maxion, alongside CNI - Confederação Nacional da Indústria, and all contributing partners and sponsors. Our 2024 policy recommendations have been presented to the G20 Leaders (Presidents/Prime Ministers) and governments. 2. It was great to finally connect in person with Walter Schalka, Chair of B20 Brazil’s Employment and Education Task Force and CEO of Suzano, and Cristina Elsner, Ph.D., PMO for this and the Digital Transformation Task Force. My appreciation also extends to the dedicated co-chairs and task force members who contributed throughout the year.
