Happy 6th Birthday to Amelia! 🎈🎉 On July 22nd, Amelia underwent her third open-heart surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and was discharged home just a few days later on July 25th. Thanks to the incredible support from our homecare nursing team, Amelia was able to return home safely and receive the best care possible. Today, we celebrate Amelia's resilience and magic! With the help of Family First, she's been able to enjoy the playground with her brother, make friends in preschool, and live the best quality of life she can. Amelia continuously shows us how to overcome obstacles with grace and strength. Amelia is a true testament to the difference homecare makes in the lives of patients and families.
