We are pleased to announce Jennifer Case as Family Lifeline's next President and CEO, effective February 5, 2024. Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and most recently the Executive Director of the Virginia Down Syndrome Association, leading the organization in growing its presence across the state.
Jennifer’s appointment is a homecoming of sorts as she previously served 10 years at Family Lifeline in a variety of roles including a home visitor, clinical social worker, and program manager in both Growing Well and Living Well—supporting Early Childhood Home Visiting and Long-Term Support Services. Jennifer has expressed “excitement for the opportunity to return home to Family Lifeline, an organization that has always held a part of her heart and felt like home.”
The Family Lifeline Board is grateful to Anna Hardin for serving as interim President and CEO during this transition. Anna brought a sense of calm, professionalism and good humor to her interim role, and she will return to her role as Senior Vice President of Programs.
Everyone associated with Family Lifeline is excited as we enter a new year with new leadership. We embrace a bright future as we partner with families and individuals across Greater Richmond and Petersburg. We remain committed to delivering intensive home and community-based services to achieve an equitable, resilient community where families and individuals are connected, safe, and living a healthy, meaningful life.
Please join us in congratulating and welcoming Jennifer back to the Family Lifeline team.
