When two grantees come together! We were so thrilled to support S.H.A.U.N. Foundation for Girls' She Leads Conference in Los Angeles yesterday. The conference gathered women who helm girl-centered nonprofits, which was attended by another grantee of the foundation's Career Sparks' Elaine Patel, who also leads local store marketing efforts across the FAT Brands Inc. portfolio. In August, the FAT Brands Foundation awarded grants to five organizations, spanning five categories: community service, youth health, education, emergency funds and health. Congrats to National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), L.A. Works, The ALS Association, Giving Kitchen and Rapahope Children's Retreat Foundation. To all non-profits that operate within a 25-mile radius of one of FAT Brands' restaurant concepts, we encourage you to apply for a grant today at foundation.fatbrands.com. We are far from done in making an impact across our communities this year!

Batter up! Recently, we supported Inglewood Little League in Inglewood, CA, helping to supply uniforms and equipment for local youth playing softball and baseball. We are thrilled to help drive forward youth sports programs as children garner important life skills from them such as working as a team and how to problem solve.

Thank you CORE Gives and Jill Chapman for inviting FAT Brands Foundation's Director Tisha Bartlett to participate in such an engaging and interactive panel on the benefits of non-profit collaboration at the Florida Restaurant Lodging Association Summit. It is so powerful to connect with others in the non-profit sector, in particular, organizations tied to the restaurant space.

Hot Diggity Dog! Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of supporting an event that had a lot of bark to it. Hot Dog on a Stick and SANTA MONICA BREW WORKS, LLC. hosted the ultimate pup-up bash to drive awareness to dog adoption and to give back to an organization committed to finding every dog a good home, HIT Living Foundation. Animal welfare is a cause close to our hearts, and we are thrilled we could play a role in the greater initiative. Taylor Fischer, Alix Fitch, Calee H.

As a board composed of many women, we are so pleased support Stiletto Boss University, a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of female leaders through entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship education. They recently hosted a symposium, providing young women with valuable insights, resources, and networking opportunities related to entrepreneurship and innovation which we were able to contribute to.
