About us

Our Mission To promote civic, social, and personal responsibility in the Crooked Creek service area by providing quality services that enhance the lives of individuals and families. Our Service Area Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center is the northern most center in the Indianapolis area. In general, we serve residents living between I-465 on the North and West, 38th Street to the South and Spring Mill/White River to the East. Our Programs • Recycled Teenagers Program: -Senior Program • Growth Project: -Before & Aftercare Program -FBGNC Preschool, accredited Level 3 Paths to QUALITY early care and education program. • HSE Classes/Adult Basic Education • ELA Classes/English Language Acquisition • Food Pantry • Holiday Assistance • Event Hall & Pavilion Rentals • Summer Camp Program • Volunteer Programs
