Another well-deserved promotion from this past week, FCA Management is happy to announce that Samantha Richway has been promoted to Senior Regional Marketing Manager. Samantha joined FCAM in 2021 and has been an integral part of helping our company grow. She has personally onboarded over 75 properties, has been our life jacket in stormy market conditions, and continues to be a bright light for all of us. Samantha started in multifamily in 2012 as a competitive leasing agent and worked her way up to a property manager before finding her true niche in marketing. Since joining FCAM as a team of 1, she has continued to grow and learn launching us into Texas, Virginia, Savannah, Myrtle Beach and more. We are beyond thrilled to see her exceed expectations year over year and continue to reach for the stars. Congratulations Samantha!

We are thrilled to share the news of Jorden Holcombe, CAM promotion to Senior Regional Property Manager! Jorden joined FCA Management in 2021 as a Property Manager and has rapidly advanced within our organization. Her contributions have been vital in various areas, including due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, and financial and operational training for our team. Jorden began her career in property management by overseeing a diverse range of commercial properties in Georgia. She then transitioned to multifamily properties, gaining significant experience with Greystar before coming to FCA Management. Her expertise spans lease-up, stabilized, mid-rise, and garden assets. Jorden is also actively involved in her local apartment association, serving on two committees, and holds CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association. A well-versed professional, Carissa comes to us with over 16 years of experience in multifamily property management. Most of Carissa’s family and friends are in the real estate space and her passion for people and property management started when she would call back work orders to ensure the team was providing excellent customer service, file paperwork and help host resident events during the summer breaks for her mom until she was able to apply for a leasing role when she turned 18. Prior to joining FCA/Bonaventure, she served as a Regional Vice President working with all asset types from student housing, affordable, value-add syndication, luxury high-rise, mixed-use, condominium, and hotel management spanning from West Cost to East Coast. Throughout her career she’s been involved in many leadership committee boards, volunteer opportunities, and believes building strong relationships, training and education are a key component to success in the industry. Carissa's passion for people drives her to excel in her role, where she is dedicated to providing first-class service to clients, residents, and her team. With a strong work ethic and a genuine love for what she does, Carissa Stewart is a respected leader in the property management industry.
