On Tuesday at the 174th Annual Membership Luncheon, we recognized three outstanding individuals for their contributions to our Chamber Ohana and the wider Hawaii community. Congratulations to Jason Higa of FCH Enterprises, Inc., who was selected as Board Member of the Year for his exemplary work in advancing our initiatives since he joined the board in 2019, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Young Professionals Program Member of the Year is Jordan Odo of American Savings Bank who created the YP Civic Engagement committee and now serves as YP Chair-Elect. Marites G B Galamgam of James Campbell High School was selected as Educator of the Year for her dedication to creating opportunities for students to learn about career pathways. Mahalo to the Hawaii Agricultural Foundation and Hawaii Food & Wine Festival for inviting our very own, Chef Trevor Luke, to participate in this year's Kids Foodie Fest as part of the Keiki in the Kitchen event! And and even bigger mahalo to our volunteer crew of team members who answered the call to help out our chef!
