Every week I have a day dedicated to calling past clients. 2 letters of the alphabet each week, I'm not trying to get blocked by calling everyone every week lol! It's a quick call: How have things been? We appreciate you. Anything mortgage related we can help with? Anyone you know planning to sell/buy/refi in the next 6 months? Some weeks it's all voicemails, not this week! Here are the wins: -1 refinance for a past client in the works, saving him $400/month -2 past clients scheduled a call to review refinance options this weekend -1 client didn't have any needs or referrals, but shared with me he's about to celebrate his 10 year anniversary. We sent him and the Mrs. a Happy Anniversary card in the mail. Sending cards in the mail is old school, but it works. Who doesn't love to receive a hand written note in the mail?!
