Awarded through Texas Capital Bank, the funds will be used to expand and preserve homeownership in Harris County and to address tangled titles through targeted remediation. When Haskell Memorial Hospital in Texas faced a $2M funding shortfall, maintaining critical services and local jobs became a challenge.
