Congratulations to People's Self-Help Housing and the City of Santa Paula on the grand opening of People's Place! This new development will provide #AffordableHousing to families and farmworkers, with 11 units for extremely low-income households, in an area known as the "Citrus Capital of the World" for its abundant lemon, orange and avocado groves🍊. We are proud to have provided a $1M Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grant awarded in partnership with our member Montecito Bank & Trust. #AHPgrant #California #Housing
