With live seafood tanks, a BBQ counter, a dim sum section, and made-to-order Chinese crepes, T&T delivers a distinctive grocery experience. Securing this beloved brand strengthens Westgate’s position as a top destination, fills a critical market gap, and caters to the everyday needs and cultural preferences of the area’s diverse population—driving even more demand and foot traffic. "We want to be the place where people want to go, not just need to go," says CEO Tina Lee.
