Empowering YOUR success.

About us

Understanding the federal market requires knowledge of ever-changing policies, contracting trends, risks, and a unique set of barriers to entry. Even with the “transparency” of our federal government allows for a clear and easy understanding of where business opportunities exist is equivalent to assuming you can understand the totality of the ocean just putting a glass-bottomed boat in the water. The federal market is just too big to grasp alone. FedSavvy Strategies can be that personal consultant to help you figure it out. FedSavvy Strategies is led by Brian Lindholm (see more here) who uses his 25-year career as a consultant, a business developer, and a marketer in the federal market to help clients succeed. Whether it’s been initial opportunity identification, market strategy, or competitive intelligence, Brian has been called on by Fortune 500 companies and start-ups to advise on their business decisions. When you work with FedSavvy Strategies, you’ll get a thoughtful and thorough deliverable tailored to your needs: an actionable strategic plan, market research study, capture support, competitive intelligence, or Black Hat session will be designed to guide your company towards intelligent and educated business decisions. Empowering your success. This is what FedSavvy Strategies will do for you.

I help federal contractors gain insight on competitors and federal clients to gain competitive advantage to realize their business goals.

We post a lot of content on the “who’s who” in GOVCON. Why? Is it to “call someone out?” No. Is it to poke at some business we don’t like? Nope. We’re not going to bother targeting anyone.  That's silly and petty. So why do we share FREE highlights on some who’s who in GOVCON? This is really simple. If we can empower you to stay ahead of developments in our market, that aligns with our values. We work to deliver clarity and confidence to businesses large and small so they (that’s you) can make more informed decisions in competing, teaming, etc. We have YEARS of content that is just there for you to take. Don’t worry though. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. 😉 #govcon #competitiveintelligence Check it out: https://lnkd.in/dBeXj9i

Wouldn't you like to improve your game in doing competitive analysis vs. just gathering information? Are you tired of just "checking the box" with this kind of work? To hell with that! Join us on July 11 at 12pm EDT and we will cover tips, tricks and hacks on common techniques like SWOT and Black Hat reviews. Make your use of those common techniques to be uncommonly good. This is the third webinar in our four part series on CI Fundamentals. Don't worry if you missed the previous ones. This is still good knowledge to gain. This is co-hosted by myself and Bryant Kimball, Principal for FedSavvy Strategies. These webinars help both the novice and experienced professionals. And because we love you, everyone that joins us gets a starter template on doing your own Black Hat review! #govcon #competitiveintelligence Sign up here: https://lnkd.in/ePnxqaX2

I help federal contractors gain insight on competitors and federal clients to gain competitive advantage to realize their business goals.

Do you like getting better at what you do? Of course you do. Who wakes up in the morning and declares "Hey, I have maxed out my skill and knowledge. I am so perfect that improvement is impossible." Perhaps that is a silly statement, but not seeking to improve oneself is a silly thought. Continuous improvement is something I value greatly. Over time, I have personally executed nearly 500 Black Hat reviews and who knows how many market and competitive analyses. It has been a journey to get better at this craft through experimentation and learning nuances of competition from many incredibly talented people. Why not learn from this journey to better your own knowledge? FedSavvy Strategies has an ongoing series of webinars to share some of these approaches to intelligence process with GOVCON at large. Next up is the "fun part." Analysis! We're going to discuss some different approaches to classic exercises - SWOT and the ever popular Black Hat - with you. Maybe you're a newbie or an experience pro (not seasoned, because we're not cooking people, sheesh!) and we all want to learn. Join us on July 11.
