✨10 things we did to gain over 250k Instagram followers in less than a year! I can’t believe it’s been a year since I joined the Feedfeed team! I’ve already learned so much and am grateful for the amazing team I get to work with every day. We’ve tried a lot of new strategies this year on Instagram, and these are some of our best practices and takeaways from the year. What else have you seen help grow followers? 🍎 DO A YEARLY AUDIT. Track specific metrics and be constantly learning about what your audience likes. 🍎 HAVE STRONG HOOKS. The first 3 to 5 seconds of your video are the most important. 🍎 TRY MULTIPLE AUDIO TYPES. We’ve seen viewers like a combination of ASMR, trending music, and VO. You don’t need to just have one! 🍎 ADD VALUE TO THE VIEWER. Ask yourself - Why should someone watch my video over another similar one? 🍎 COLLAB WITH OTHERS. Collaborate with other channels to get access to different audiences. 🍎 MAKE RECIPES EASY TO FIND. Tools like Manychat and a Link in bio help drive traffic, and a recipe in your caption drives saves and shares. 🍎 POST VIDEOS. Reels get pushed out to new audiences and potential followers. 🍎 RUN UNIQUE SERIES. A fun series can be a great way to bring back viewers. Some of our series included Pizza Week, a Summer Spritz series, and Trending Tuesdays. 🍎 DON'T SLEEP ON KEYWORDS If someone is searching for the term, “chicken piccata recipe,” you want your content to be up at the top of the search bar. 🍎 LISTEN TO YOUR AUDIENCE.
