🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀 Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women, and early detection is vital to saving lives. This month, we encourage you to take action for your health by performing regular self-exams and scheduling your mammogram if you’re due. 🛑 How to Check Your Breasts: 1. Look at your breasts in the mirror for any changes in size, shape, or skin texture. 2. Feel your breasts while standing or lying down, using the pads of your fingers in a circular motion. 3. Pay attention to lumps, thickened areas, or any unusual pain. Remember, knowing your body can make all the difference. Share this message to spread awareness and support the fight against breast cancer. 💕 #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #CheckYourBreasts #EarlyDetectionSavesLives #ThinkPink
