Introducing the Master of Business Valuation (MBV) FIFC has one specialized master’s degree, Master of Business Valuation (MBV). This program is a fully on-line program and can be completed in anywhere from 12 to 23 months, depending upon a student’s self-determined pace. This unique degree program was developed with the student’s career in mind; the curriculum is the result of input from leading professionals and academics in business valuation. Unlike traditional programs that are presented course-by-course, FIFC’s MBV program is totally blended, so that students capture the essence of being working professionals in the discipline. Our students gain experience with the latest software packages and databases used by valuation professionals. FIFC's scaffolded educational model is a learning improvement approach that provides students with the essential elements needed to effectuate change in their skill sets. This model integrates traditionally separate valuation topics, increasingly compounding complexity, with the purpose of reaching essential benchmarks in the valuation arena. One benefit to this approach is the provision to students of a continuous mapping of their knowledge enhancement.
