Here it is!!! The Holi Cannoli eggnog recipe used in our Eggnog Martini: 12 eggs 1.5 cups Sugar 3 tsp Fresh Nutmeg 36 oz Almond Milk 24 oz Heavy Cream 15 oz Cognac 15 oz Cream Sherry 6 drop Almond Extract 12 drops Vanilla Extract Whipped cream for garnish Whisk eggs with sugar, then add cream and milk. Blend, then add the remaining ingredients. Serve and garnish with whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg. This recipe can be cut in half or even down to one quarter. You can swap out cognac for rum or whiskey, etc.
