You can now transfer work to your clients in Pro plans (previously limited to Org & Enterprise). Send a copy of the project while retaining the original. Recipients can remove collaborators when accepting a transfer to avoid unintended upgrades. This is the first step on the roadmap we announced at Config to improve the Figma experience for freelancers and agencies. More to come! Planning is broken. It’s one of the most common complaints I’ve heard from product teams and leaders alike, and even here at Figma, we’ve often struggled with the right way to approach planning. To get some advice, I turned to my friend and mentor, Shishir Mehrotra (CEO of Coda). He’s studied the topic extensively over the years and had stories from companies around the world on creative and effective ways they run planning. We turned these learnings into another talk at Config (our second one together!). Check it out below if you’re interested to learn the many rituals world-class companies use to “unbreak” planning. We also had fun using our tools to plan this talk — we designed our talk in Figma Slides (slides here if you want to remix them: figma.com/@yuhki); and we had a fun Coda to plan it as well (link in the video). Let us know what you think! https://lnkd.in/gfEaX8fv
