Education is at the heart of everything we do. Oftentimes, it’s financial education – helping our members live healthier, more confident financial lives. But lately, three of our executive leaders have had the opportunity to teach in other ways, too. President & CEO, Cameron Minges and AVP of Business Intelligence, Adrian Phillips, recently spoke to professionals in the Indiana Credit Union League’s Ignite program. Their session, "Icebergs, Mountains, and Shadows," taught these emerging leaders how data analytics can reveal hidden challenges and create opportunities to better serve credit union members across the state. Then, our EVP of Strategic Operations, Dusty Simmons, returned to her alma mater and our major partner, Ball State University, to share her thoughts on entrepreneurial leadership with over 200 young professionals. Her session focused on helping these students think beyond the present, take risks, and lead with purpose.
