    Has AI (and more specifically, ChatGPT) killed the resume once and for all? 🤔 Think about it. AI enables candidates to tailor their profiles to match job descriptions perfectly, amplifying the age-old recruiting problem of building keyword searches. ChatGPT replicates the broken keyword search and creates more noise for recruiters without solving the problem at scale. Instead of using AI to scale what you already do, consider how AI recruiting can do what just isn’t humanly possible. Here are 3 ways to use AI recruiting beyond ChatGPT to find talent beyond the resume: 1️⃣ Search beyond the resume or profile 2️⃣ Tap into the talent you already know 3️⃣ Speak your hiring manager’s language AI recruiting is just getting started.     As we wrap up #HRTechConf, we’re optimistic about the future of talent acquisition 🤩 We want to thank everyone who stopped by the Findem booth—it was fantastic meeting so many of you in person! The energy at the conference was truly electric, and nothing beats the joy of a smile, a handshake, and conversations over coffee ☕️ We enjoyed connecting with industry leaders and talent acquisition teams and discussing the future of talent acquisition.     We had a great time celebrating women in HR Tech at the #HRTechConf 🌟 Our team had the opportunity to attend the Women in HR Technology Summit, where they sat in on keynotes from women industry leaders. During the keynote "Secrets from Top Tech-Savvy Talent Acquisition Leaders," Barb Forman RuessJennifer TracyJoanna Clark, and Yvette Stortz discussed the theme songs for the moment: Watchtower (Jimi Hendrix version), the Gambler, and It's Tricky. ➡ Balance: AI and automation will require a balance between technology and touch. Transparency and oversight. ➡ Know before you go: Dig in early to what the technology does and what the risks are to make the buying process and implementation go faster. ➡ Close the windows before you turn on the AC! Overlaying new technology over old processes without optimization does not create value. ➡ This is a partner dance: procurement, implementation, and change management involve cross-department cooperation and meaningful engagement. Metrics, communications, and a shared vision are essential. It was a pleasure connecting and networking with trailblazing women who are leading the way in HR!
