We're looking for a Product Owner who's ready to make a tangible impact. At Firebend, we're building something that truly matters to our customers. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱: Someone who will make our customers' needs their own and translate them into a compelling product vision that we bring to life. You'll be the bridge between our customer’s pain points and our developer’s keystrokes. No middlemen, no unnecessary layers of management. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲: • Comfortable telling stakeholders "no" when their ideas stink • Able to prioritize ruthlessly – we're not here to build every feature under the sun • Skilled at turning vague customer challenges into concrete, actionable specs • Unafraid to get your hands dirty with technical details when needed 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂: • Have built enterprise software with teams that move fast but do not break things • Know your way around a logistics operation (because those are the complexities we're tackling) • Have been in the trenches at Walmart or worked shoulder-to-shoulder with them • Are located in Northwest Arkansas, giving you the opportunity for regular face time with your customers We don't care about pedigree or years spent warming a seat elsewhere. We care about what you can do and how quickly you can learn. If you're looking for a cushy 9-to-5 with clear-cut responsibilities, this isn't that. But if you're ready to own your customer end-to-end, make decisions that matter, and build something that will improve how supply chains operate, then we should talk.
