Today we highlight Sarah, an Outpatient Therapist with Firefly. Sarah's mother always told her from a young age she had a beautiful heart. It was when volunteering for a non-profit that helped at risk elders, she truly found her niche in serving vulnerable populations. This lit a fire within her to advocate for others. We are so lucky to have her kind heart as a part of our team! Thank you, Sarah! 👏

Today we highlight Chloe, one of our wonderful Home Based Therapists. Chloe holds dual undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Sociology from Marian University Indianapolis. Additionally, she has obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University. Chloe joined Firefly as an undergraduate intern, living hours away from her family, isolated and uncertain about the path forward. Firefly became more than just a workplace—it became her second family. The support she received from colleagues and mentors, along with the meaningful work she was involved in, helped her navigate the challenges of transitioning into adulthood. "Through Firefly, I gained valuable skills, insights, and a sense of belonging, which not only shaped me as a social worker but also as an individual. The lessons I learn here continue to guide me in both my professional journey and personal life, and I am deeply grateful for the nurturing environment that helped me grow into the person I am today." Thank you, Chloe! 👏
