One of their guards had car problems driving home from a shift on a hot day. Our uniformed FCS officer was driving by and stopped, identified himself, offered and proceeded to give the other guard a lift to a meeting point where their ride was waiting. The email cited that our FCS officer "raised the bar, with his generosity and kindness". We agree!
