Meet AnnMarie Rippentrop: Our employee of the quarter! AnnMarie was recently selected as the FirstDiv Employee of the Quarter for 4th Quarter 2024. She was recognized by the NAVSEA PMS 408 Program Manager and was awarded a letter of appreciation for her exceptional work performance in support of the Navy Expeditionary Programs and Expeditionary Medical Program Management Office. AnnMarie was specifically commended for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence during the Expeditionary Medical Unit equipment list table-top exercise and the associated review of over 177 medical equipment items. She facilitated the execution of the equipment review event, ensuring a thorough and meticulous review of end items. This effort will lead to an improved medical capability provided to USNS CODY (EPF-14) and the Naval Fleet to support future operations.

Meet Taylor West: Taylor joined the FirstDiv Team in February 2020 and has been a pivotal member of the FirstDiv Team providing Cyber/IT Support to NAVSEA PMS 408. Taylor supports PMS 408 with data flows development, SharePoint Administrator functions, and develops contract data requirements list reference charts. Taylor began working on SharePoint version 2013 which was an on prem architecture (Physical Servers). He facilitated movement of all customer Data and recreated all the SharePoint sites into SharePoint cloud-based architecture.

Meet Jerry Ralston and Elton Williams: Jerry Ralston (right) and Elton Williams (left) recently joined the FirstDiv Team and bring their expertise in systems integration onboard ships and acquisition and logistics management to support our PMS 408 Expeditionary Medical Customer. Jerry joined joined our team in December of '24 as a Program Analyst. Elton joined our team in January of '25 as a Senior Management Analyst. We thank them both greatly for the fantastic work they do!

FirstDiv paid a visit to Naval Special Warfare Command San Diego in January 2025 and recognizes our small but incredibly impactful team supporting our Naval Sea Systems Command PMS 340 Customer. FirstDiv has provided Naval Special Warfare Command (WARCOM) with Logistics Management support for over four years providing our government sponsor equipment table of allowance inventory management, equipment allowance reconciliation and inventory validation, lifecycle management, and support equipment procurement planning efforts. This week we will be featuring members of the PMS 408 team and the great work they do.
