The national board for Independent Community Bankers of America is a powerhouse team! Board members have a mutual goal to serve as advocates and teach Congress about community banks’ differentiators and nationwide impact. Rachel Hatcher at Independent Banker asked this group some great questions. We captured a few of the answers here.
