Yesterday, we welcomed a new group of Veterans and men to the ranch to start Horse Wisdom for Heroes. It's always fun to see and hear their first observations and feelings towards the horses. Todd, an Army Veteran, was such fun to have in our last cohort of Horse Wisdom for Heroes. He has a lively personality. He's also a Veteran who found a lot of value in the program. Todd is one of the many faces for whom we are hosting our Whiskey Dinner at the Ranch. The proceeds of the event and our raffle/auction all go to fund the Horse Wisdom for Heroes program. We welcomed our largest group to date for our Horses Healing Hearts this morning. We even had a couple of repeat attendees for the first time! Working with @helpnowofosceola to provide extra services to women who have survived domestic violence and are making big strides towards bettering themselves is so gratifying. We aim to give them tools to set and maintain boundaries, as well as a few moments of oeace and quiet that they so desperately need in the busyness of life. #survivors #domesticviolencesurvivor #horsehealing #naturehealing #leadershipskills #setboundaries
