We'll Make it Happen for You!

About us

A simple philosophy can lead a company to great rewards. Treat your customers, your employees, and your communities with respect and you will earn their loyalty. Our strategy has never been about selling products, but instead about finding ways to make life more rewarding for our customers and employees. We know that our employees are our strongest asset! We have a knack for hiring the finest and brightest and understand how fostering their growth impacts customer service. So, we accommodate families, invest in their futures, and recognize hard work. Many years of experience have enabled us to overcome obstacles that stand in the way of customer satisfaction. We are proud that customer surveys consistently show 99% of our customers would recommend us to their family and friends. And for two years in a row, we were voted the number one Bank in Pennsylvania for satisfaction and trust by our customers. The foundation of our financial strength lies in our ability to recognize and proactively meet the needs of our customers. For this reason, we stand out when compared to other financial service providers in our market. At FCCB we offer a winning combination — the one-on-one service of a community bank paired with a broad line of products and services typically offered by larger financial organizations. Stop by your local office, follow us on Facebook, or visit our website to see what a true community bank is all about!

  • Over the past 3 months, members of our team have been in a friendly "Tab War," competing to see who could collect the most aluminum can tabs to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Last week, we finally weighed in all the tabs, and the results were amazing! Our teams collected almost 90 pounds of tabs in total, with Wellsboro Operations taking the win with a huge 43-pound, 13-ounce contribution! ❤️ They’ll soon be enjoying a well-deserved pizza party. 🍕 Here’s the impact our community made together: ➡️In 4 years of collecting, the nonprofit Kids Can’t Fight Cancer Alone provided $100,000 in direct aid and helped 21 families in need in Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties. ➡️ With roughly 1,267 tabs in a pound, the tabs we collected this year total 3,163,192 tabs! 🤯 That means, placed end to end these tabs would span nearly 70 miles! Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen!

  • On Monday October 21 we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with the Wellsboro Team! They enjoyed a taco bar and corn tortilla demonstration with Mariel Torres Lopez, manager of our Mount Joy Branch. There was lots of love and fun felt in this branch. Pictured on the left, Mariel poses with our winner, Eve Hind, who won this experience for her team. She also was able to take home a tortilla press to practice on her own. A big thank you to Mariel for sharing her culture and to the Wellsboro Branch for making us feel so welcome!

A heartfelt congratulations to our CSBS National Case Studies first place winners, Hannah Caccia, Ariane Rouffignac, and Eric Shaw who recently presented at the 2024 Community Banking Research Conference in St. Louis. Along with honor of presenting at the conference, the team from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania also had their paper published in the 2024 Journal of Community Bank Case Studies. This team was led by their academic advisors, Dr. Atika Benaddi, Ph.D., from the Mansfield University campus, and Dr. Victoria Geyfman, from the Bloomsburg University Campus. FCCB had the esteemed privilege of being the partner bank throughout the competition. LeeAnn Gephart, FCCB’s EVP, Chief Banking Officer, had the pleasure of accompanying the group to St. Louis to participate in the conference presentation. Everyone at FCCB is so proud of the team’s accomplishments, and is honored to be a part of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) competition. Thank you to CSBS, St. Louis Federal Reserve, FDIC, Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Commonwealth University and everyone else who assisted in promoting and providing opportunities like this to our youth.

Our recent fundraiser raised $8,066 to support the recovery efforts for Tioga County residents affected by the recent flooding! Last week, our President Randy Black presented the donation to Sue Sticklin from the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health. The outpouring of generosity from our customers and the dedication of our employees have made this possible. We’re honored to support our community in its time of need and will continue to stand by Tioga County’s long-term recovery through donations, financial assistance, and special recovery loans. #communitybanking #myfccb

We are proud to share the success of our "Thought Leadership for Those Who Lead" events! We brought together nonprofit leaders from Wilmington, DE and Lancaster County, PA to gain insights from expert speakers, network with peers, and learn about tools to elevate their missions. Our events featured presentations on nonprofit governance, volunteer and fundraising engagement, leadership development, and strategic planning. We also awarded $500 to four outstanding nonprofits in each community: Wilmington: PAWS for People, American Red Cross of the Delmarva Penninsula, Ronald McDonald House, and Faithful Friends. Lancaster County: Hilltop Playground Association, Mount Joy Area Chamber of Commerce, National Addiction Awareness Complex, and True Life Youth Ministries. We're committed to supporting nonprofits and providing them with valuable resources like our free FCCB Academy financial literacy platform.
