Here's some very exciting news that we are honored to be a part of: ✨ Historic Partnership Brings Educational Esports to Amapá's Schools, Making Brazil a Latin American Pioneer ✨ In a groundbreaking initiative, the State of Amapá, in collaboration with the World Esports Consortium (WESCO) and FITGMR, has become the first in Latin America to officially integrate esports into its educational system. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between WESCO, represented by its CEO and Chairman, Dr. Daniel Cossi, and FITGMR, represented by CEO Kristin Anderson, under the leadership of Senator Randolfe Rodrigues. This visionary partnership aims to introduce the Educational Esports System to public state schools, with potential expansion to municipal, federal, and private schools across Amapá. The program is set to benefit children and teenagers by promoting esports not only as a competitive practice but also as a multifaceted educational tool. Students will have the opportunity to explore various roles in esports, from athletes and coaches to commentators and analysts. In addition, the initiative emphasizes the importance of both mental and physical health, incorporating body-mental wellness programs tailored for young esports enthusiasts. This holistic approach will foster a new generation of well-rounded individuals prepared to thrive in the rapidly growing esports ecosystem. #esports #esportseducation #partnership #youthdevelopment Kristin Anderson Michael Anderson Holden MacRae James Pirelli Samuel Boudrie Paul J. The Proven Power of Holistic Esports Training: How FITGMR Helps Teams Win 🎮 In esports, where every millisecond matters, the way players manage their mental and physical health can be the game-changer between winning and losing. FITGMR’s approach to player well-being isn’t just a theory—it’s been proven to deliver real results. In a recent conversation with FITGMR CEO and Co-Founder Kristin Anderson, Daniel Sportello from Utica University shared how FITGMR has played a key role in his team’s success, and the impact is clear. 🏆 Earlier in the season the team was dealing with pre-game anxiety. Players were “maybe a little flustered, angry at whoever they’re sitting next to.” But once they started using simple breathing exercises from the FITGMR system, everything began to change. “Now that they’re starting to do the breathing, where it’s literally just for like, a minute or two, they’ll just stay and breathe and then go into the match,” Dan said. This small shift had a big impact, leading to his team reaching the number one spot in the ECAC rankings. 🥇And these aren’t just small wins—Utica University also went undefeated in the CECC east regional qualifiers. “We’re on a roll, right? We’re on a roll. Things are looking good. So I think it’s working,” Dan added. This isn’t just about being mentally sharp; it’s about getting game-changing results. 🧘♂️ Dan also shared an 'aha' moment about meditation. "You know, people are talking about the meditation, which I wasn't expecting." People tend to think of meditation and mental conditioning as extra or “nice-to-haves,” but student esports athletes' experience at Utica University confirms they’re essential. By bringing these tools into daily practice, the team stayed more focused, calmer, and more prepared. ⏰ There's no question, achieving these results and sustaining them takes commitment. Both the students and Dan invested in building new habits. "So I have calendar events set up for them in the morning and at night. Not only that, but I have my own alarm set up to make sure that they're filling them out every single night." "I've put a lot of responsibility on them to kind of hold each other accountable." 📊 FITGMR's Team Dashboard is an important part of the process. "The dashboard's easy. I mean, I love numbers, so having those numbers available is great." For coaches, the Dashboard provides insights into players beyond performance in the game. Dan shared that he uncovered a serious challenge a student was dealing with outside the game, something he may never have learned or been able to help with were it not for the Dashboard - "He wouldn't have just came up to me and said what was going on, it's hard for a student to come up to somebody and do that, right? The dashboard, quite literally, it allowed me to find that." 🌟 The FITGMR Performance System is a proven solution that helps players succeed—both in and out of the game.

🚀 University of Oklahoma - Esports & Co-Curricular Innovation: Esports Takes Coaching to the Next Level with FITGMR Certification! 🎮 At FITGMR, we’re thrilled to see the impact our Esports Coach Development Program is making on the next generation of esports leaders. The University of Oklahoma Esports program recently took a significant step in advancing their coaching standards by investing in FITGMR certifications for two of their talented coaches ahead of the 2024-2025 season. Logan “SilentFoxx” Fox, Apex Legends coach, and John “Popcorn” Morgan, Valorant coach, successfully completed our four-week course, gaining invaluable insights into building strong player-coach bonds, developing advanced strategies, and promoting mental conditioning and well-being among their players. As Logan Fox shared: “Understanding and defining the application of competitive gaming in real-world scenarios was key. The depth of knowledge and credentials gained have already transformed my coaching.” John Morgan echoed the sentiment: “The certification has enhanced my ability to develop players both inside and outside the game. It has truly helped me support their growth more effectively than ever before.” This investment by OU Esports marks an exciting step in the continued professionalization of collegiate esports. By focusing on structured and evidence-based coaching methods, they’re building a future where esports is not only about winning but also about developing well-rounded athletes who value teamwork, mental health, and personal growth. We’re proud to be part of this journey and to support schools like OU as they work to raise the bar in esports education. This is just the beginning—OU plans to have all their coaches FITGMR-certified within the next two years, and we can’t wait to see the long-term impact this will have on their program. 🏆 Ready to level up your esports program? 🚀 FITGMR just launched our second year of partnership with the National Esports Collegiate Conference. We truly appreciate Jacob VanRyn, Commissioner of the NECC, for his commitment to the health and wellbeing of NECC student athletes. The recent decision by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to include esports in the Olympics presents a transformative moment for collegiate esports; a time to adopt esports-appropriate health protocols, similar to those established for traditional sports, for collegiate esports programs. Winning in esports, like any sport, demands more than just talent—it requires a holistic approach that includes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Health is the X-factor in esports. FITGMR is more than just a performance tool—it is a holistic student development platform, combining athletic, mental, and lifestyle training into one app. The Team Dashboard empowers esports programs to embrace data-driven performance, giving Directors the insights they need to drive players’ success both at and away from the keyboard. We’re proud to partner with the NECC, its member schools and student athletes again this year. Wishing everyone a year of epic wins, next-level plays, and unbeatable teamwork! 🎮💪 #collegiateesports #esports #esportsedu #esportsathletes #performance #health Kristin Anderson Michael Anderson James Pirelli Samuel Boudrie Leslie Fitzsimmons Paul J.
