    At Fiveable, we know that prioritizing the well-being of our team makes us a better company. That's why, every 4th Friday of the month, we close our office doors and dedicate the entire day to Wellness. Two years ago, we realized that many of our team members weren't taking much-needed personal time off. When we asked why, the answers were consistent: the mental load of preparing for time off and playing catch-up after returning was was not worth the actual vacation. So we thought, "What if we could offer everyone some time where that mental load didn't exist?" In January 2022, we introduced Wellness Days, and it is by far our most popular company benefit. Our team uses this time to connect with loved ones, explore the great outdoors, get creative with crafts, pamper themselves with massages, or simply catch up on some quality rest and TV. Tomorrow marks Wellness Day #22, and we couldn't be more excited to continue this tradition of self-care and rejuvenation! #WellnessDays #EmployeeWellbeing #CompanyCulture
