Flatiron Works’ mission is to provide entrepreneurs and established business owners with a targeted assessment of their current challenges creating barriers for startup and growth. Our consultants and coaches focus on Fundraising tactics (Angel and VC), Pitch Deck Preparation and Investor Meetings, Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Staff Recruiting and Retention, Management and Leadership development, and Exit Strategy discussions.
