#FlintcoTalks with host Daniel Oates sat down recently with Shir A. to learn more about her personal and professional journey as the founder and CEO of the AI-powered software application, Firmus. Flintco adopted this leading edge preconstruction platform in 2023 across our greater enterprise with sister company Alberici Constructors. Joining Shir and DanO is Flintco Quality Director Michael Thole, who is also presenting our quality-driven constructability program as an expert speaker at the #AdvancingQualityConstruction conference next week in Phoenix. If you’re going to the conference, say hi to Shir, Michael, and others from our team – Dan OHara, Rodger Conine – along with our enterprise colleagues Glen Hodson, Carlos Polk, and Jean Luc Frenette. We believe Quality and Safety are paramount. #FlintcoEthos #constructionquality #FlintcoTalks is available wherever you get your podcasts. Full Episode: https://lnkd.in/gR3QXgMU

Working up a sweat for a cause – #FlintcoMemphis recently participated in the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Walk/Run, a 5K event hosted during #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth. Our trade partner Browning Construction Company deserves a big SHOUT OUT for their generous $50,000 donation. Thanks to everyone who showed up to join the fight to cure childhood cancer. #IamFlintco

The Scull Construction Service, Inc project team and crews have been living our #Flintco4LIFE culture from day one. All project team members are willing to Raise their Voices to do it Right. The culture they’ve created is easily seen from the moment you walk on site; all work areas are neat and organized, everyone is wearing the appropriate PPE, and trade partners are openly communicating with each other and project leadership. Thank you to Justin Busch, Carlos Flores, Bryan Hamilton, Jake Schluckebeir, Travis Kleinsasser, EIT, Jake Willingham, and the Scull Construction team for leading by example each day! #FlintcoDenver

Discussing suicide can be difficult, but the effort is worth it. As we wrap up Construction Suicide Prevention Week, let’s aim to continue the conversation. Earlier this week, Alberici Constructors’s Chief Talent Officer Karen Bridbord, Ph.D. and Talent Development Director Melissa Bates hosted a company-wide meeting to debunk common suicide myths, shared how to recognize warning signs, discussed approaches for sensitive conversations, and outlined practical prevention strategies. Remember: Your voice matters. Stay hopeful, be kind, and reach out. Together, we can build a supportive community where everyone feels heard. #Flintco4LIFE #ConstructionSuicidePreventionWeek

Recently, #FlintcoDenver tossed bags and raised funds to support suicide prevention for National Suicide Prevention Week. The Cornhole tournament, hosted by Associated General Contractors of Colorado, brought together over 80 teams from all corners of the industry! The proceeds from the event benefited VitalCog, a local suicide prevention training partner from the Johnson Depression Center at Anschutz Medical Campus. VitalCog’s training programs are making a difference by educating and training organizations about mental health and suicide prevention in the workplace. #ConstructionSuicidePreventionWeek
