As a Staff Accountant at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside Accounting Team to ensure accurate inventory reconciliations and journals while making a significant impact on the company’s financial processes.      What you’ll do: Conduct analysis and prepare journal entry for month-end and year-end close process. Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Emphasis will be placed on the inventory and related reconciliations. To include weekly inventory, roll forwards and cycle count testing. Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, systems, documents and reports. Monitors compliance with controls and company procedures to ensure data integrity of all financial information. Research US GAAP and assists in the preparation of standard operating procedures and departmental updates. Work cross-functionally with internal customers (Cost Accounting, IT, Accounts payables, and Sales) to implement system enhancements and to improve processes and create efficiencies. Assist in Oracle enhancements and identity opportunities to improve reporting and financial close processes. Assists in year-end audit and associated requirements. Ad Hoc reporting for Controller, VP or CFO.     What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or similar) required 2+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry Experience with beverage CPG a plus Cooperative accounting knowledge/experience a plus but not required Experience with Inventory or cost accounting preferred Proficient ERP experience preferred, Oracle Fusion strong plus Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel abilities Comfortable working in tight deadlines in a high-volume environment Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail oriented and analytical Team player – promotes harmonious team working environment Thrives in an environment that is face paced and able to adapt to changing situation   What we provide Medical, Dental and Vision benefits 401k PTO And more!
