Highlights included updates on FTC’s 2024 successes, actionable insights on delivering member ROI from leaders like Ernie Sanders of Peraton, Charles Grindle, Ph.D. ☁️ of Proofpoint, Erin Rock of The Southern Group-Florida, David DiSalvo of KPMG, and Juan C. (JC) Flores. A special thank you to Florida Department of Management Services Secretary Pedro Allende for his "State-of-the-State" insights and to everyone who participated in our voting session, committee updates, and discussions on new priorities for the future. Brandon Spencer, Director of State Purchasing and Chief Procurement Officer at the Florida Department of Management Services, shared insights on Florida’s procurement pathway. Leo Schoonover, CTO at the Florida Department of Management Services, delivered an exclusive session tailored to assist industry partners in driving government success through strategic partnerships. Melinda Miguel, Chief Inspector General for Florida’s Executive Office of the Governor, and David Clark, CEO of MyGovGuide, shared critical insights on navigating audits and professional standards. Tim Brown, AVP at FSU ITS NWRDC, and Justin Ciaccio, VP & General Manager at Peraton, discussed the pathway to data-driven decision-making for improved government services.
