The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is closely monitoring the global IT outage that has affected multiple airlines. We advise passengers to regularly check their airline’s official website for the latest updates on their flight status. If they have any concerns about possible delays or cancellations, they should contact their airline directly. As a reminder, the Ford International Airport never closes and is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reflecting on an incredible year, the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority is proud to present our 2023 Community Report, filled with milestones, growth, and gratitude for the support of our passengers, partners, team members, and the West Michigan community. In 2023, we celebrated GRR's 60th anniversary, set a new passenger record, and were honored as USA TODAY's Best Small Airport in the Country! We broke ground on new infrastructure projects, opened Phase 1 of the Concourse A expansion project, and welcomed new guest experience programs, such as the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative. We are grateful to all who were part of our journey over the past year and look forward to reaching even greater heights in 2024.
